This Thursday, Oct. 25, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Hofstra University and PCLI will be be holding a panel discussion on the topic, “The Ethics of Reporting Crime Stories.”
The audience will be primarily journalism students, but the event is open to everyone on campus and all PCLI members, since PCLI is a co-sponsor of the event.

Carolyn James of the Massapequa Post (and the Hofstra faculty) will moderate the discussion. The other participants are Greg Cergol from WNBC, Danielle Campbell from News 12, Kieran Crowley from the New York Post, Rosemary McManus from Newsday and Richard Weir from the Daily News.
The event will take place on the 10th floor of Hofstra’s Axinn Library. Refreshments will be served. Admission is free.
