According to a memo to its staff, Newsday is building on the success of its online and mobile products and will be launching new digital products, specifically for Westchester County beginning early next year.

Newsday reports that the paper’s editor, John Mancini, who had been AWOL from the newsroom since last Wednesday — apparently over a dispute with Cablevision brass about the paper’s coverage of the Knicks — was back at work Tuesday.
