PCLI board member and former club president Carl Corry was elected SPJ At-Large Director at this year’s EIJ 2012 conference in Ft. Lauderdale last week.
“I’m honored that SPJ members have put their confidence in me to serve on the national board,” said Corry, who has also served as Region 1 Director. “Now it’s time to get to work and make the Society an even more valuable resource to journalists everywhere.”
In other news, longtime PCLI board member Bill Bleyer was honored with the Howard S. Dubin Outstanding Pro Member award as well at EIJ 2012.
