New SPJ training videos online

The SPJ eCampus has expanded with five training videos on smartphone journalism, hosted by former Press Club of Long Island President Carl Corry, and four videos on personal branding. The online training sessions, featuring expert SPJ members, are available to members at any time and are included in their membership.

In Corry’s smartphone journalism videos, you’ll get the basics on how to get started by using everything from lightweight gear to social media, and you’ll see some great examples of smartphone journalism at work.

In addition to the new crop, you can find sessions on freedom of information, freelancing and social media.
